一、清洗籃

1、 Cleaning basket

在使用多槽式超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗一些較小的零件物品時(shí)經(jīng)常需要使用清洗筐，但是清洗筐上的網(wǎng)眼會(huì)引起超聲衰減，所以要特別引起注意，注意選擇網(wǎng)眼大小合適的清洗籃，此外建議選用不銹鋼材質(zhì)的清洗籃，盡量不要使用塑膠框，這樣能夠防止靜電的產(chǎn)生。

通常在清洗時(shí)每道工序的時(shí)間定為三至五分鐘，如果被清洗物品的表面積比較大，或者工件的結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜時(shí)，要注意根據(jù)實(shí)際情況酌情調(diào)整多槽式超聲波清洗機(jī)的清洗時(shí)間。若被清洗物容易出現(xiàn)重疊以及粘附的現(xiàn)象，那么在將被清洗物放入及取出槽液的時(shí)候可以抖動(dòng)一下工件，讓清洗劑充分與工件接觸以提高清洗效果。

If the surface area of the cleaned object is relatively large or the structure of the workpiece is complex, pay attention to adjust the cleaning time of the multi slot ultrasonic cleaning machine according to the actual situation. 用多槽式超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗工件要注意槽液不能加得太滿，以免發(fā)生兩槽超聲波清洗劑之間相互混合以及瀝干時(shí)清洗筐底部黏液的現(xiàn)象。此外，多槽式超聲波清洗機(jī)的每個(gè)槽應(yīng)為獨(dú)立的操作工序，注意不要將兩槽清洗劑相互串用或人為減少操作工序以及清洗的操作時(shí)間。
