　　1.操作前，準備設備檢查電源線是否完好，確認電壓匹配(220V/50Hz或110V/60Hz)，確保清洗槽內沒有殘留物或上次清洗的碎屑，檢查排水閥是否完全關閉(重要！）

　　Before operation, prepare the equipment to check if the power cord is intact, confirm voltage matching (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz), ensure that there are no residues or debris from the previous cleaning in the cleaning tank, and check if the drain valve is completely closed (important!)

　　2.配置金屬零件的清潔液：堿性清潔劑（pH 精密儀器9-11：中性清潔劑（pH 6-8)光學元件：根據清洗對象選擇專用光學清洗液：按比例稀釋(一般為5%-10%)，使用去離子水效果更好。液位應高于換能器位置但不超過MAX刻度線(建議液位高度:8-10厘米)。

　　2. Prepare cleaning solution for metal parts: alkaline cleaning agent (pH precision instrument 9-11: neutral cleaning agent (pH 6-8)) optical components: choose specialized optical cleaning solution according to the cleaning object: dilute proportionally (usually 5% -10%), and use deionized water for better effect. The liquid level should be higher than the transducer position but not exceed the MAX scale line (recommended liquid level height: 8-10 centimeters).

　　3.預處理大塊污漬。首先，用無塵布擦拭細小零件。必須安裝專用清潔籃(避免直接接觸槽底)。特殊精密工件建議使用防靜電夾具固定。

　　3. Pre treat large stains. Firstly, wipe the small parts with a dust-free cloth. Special cleaning baskets must be installed (to avoid direct contact with the bottom of the groove). It is recommended to use anti-static fixtures to fix special precision workpieces.

　　標準開機操作流程

　　Standard startup operation procedure

　　1.開機預熱  金屬件：設定50-60℃  塑料件：不超過40℃

　　1. Preheat metal parts during startup: set to 50-60 ℃ Plastic parts: not exceeding 40 ℃

　　等待溫度達到設定值（約5-10分鐘） 空載運行2-3分鐘（使換能器達到穩定狀態）

　　Wait for the temperature to reach the set value (about 5-10 minutes) and run without load for 2-3 minutes (to make the transducer reach a stable state)

　　2.裝載物品  單次裝載量不超過槽體有效容積的70%

　　2. The single loading capacity of loaded items shall not exceed 70% of the effective capacity of the tank

　　確保物品完全浸沒且不重疊

　　Ensure that items are completely submerged and not overlapping

　　特殊形狀工件需調整擺放角度（如管狀件豎直放置

　　清洗后處理

　　1.物品取出  使用防靜電鑷子或潔凈手套

　　1. Use anti-static tweezers or clean gloves to remove items

　　復雜結構件需用高壓氣槍（0.2-0.3MPa）吹凈縫隙液體

　　Complex structural components require high-pressure air guns (0.2-0.3MPa) to blow away the gap liquid

　　2.干燥處理   初級干燥：無塵室靜置    終極干燥：真空干燥箱（可選）

　　2. Drying treatment: Primary drying: Cleanroom static ultimate drying: Vacuum drying oven (optional)

　　耐高溫件：潔凈烘箱80℃/15-20分鐘

　　High temperature resistant parts: Clean oven 80 ℃/15-20 minutes

　　3.設備維護   換能器檢查（阻抗測試）

　　使用10%檸檬酸溶液除垢循環30分鐘

　　立即排空使用過的清洗液

　　Clean the tank with a soft bristled brush and neutral detergent

　　每月深度維護：
