1、非水系

非水系超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑是指不溶于水的有機(jī)溶劑。

精密工業(yè)超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗使用的非水系超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑主要是烴類(石油類)、 氯代烴，氟代烴、溴代烴、醇類、有機(jī)硅油、萜烯等有機(jī)溶劑。

衡量溶劑的主要指標(biāo)有KB值 (貝殼松脂丁醇值)，AP(苯胺點(diǎn))、 SP溶解參數(shù))、表面張力、密度、粘度，沸點(diǎn)、閃點(diǎn)、暴露濃度等參數(shù)。

KB值很高，也就是溶解力很強(qiáng)的溶劑，不一定是好的超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑。一個(gè)好的精密工業(yè)超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑必須具備以下條件：
A solvent with a high KB value, that is, a solvent with strong solubility, may not be a good ultrasonic cleaner. A good cleaning agent for precision industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine must meet the following conditions:
①化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定、不易與被超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗物發(fā)生反應(yīng)；
① The chemical property is stable, and it is not easy to react with the cleaning materials of the ultrasonic cleaning machine;
②表面張力和粘度小、滲透力強(qiáng)；
② Small surface tension and viscosity, strong permeability;
③沸點(diǎn)低，可以自行干燥；

③ Low boiling point, self drying;
④沒有閃點(diǎn)、不易燃；
④ No flash point, nonflammable;
⑤KB值不應(yīng)太高，避免與被超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗物相溶；
⑤ The KB value should not be too high to avoid being miscible with the substance cleaned by the ultrasonic cleaner;
⑥低毒性、使用安全：
⑥ Low toxicity and safe use:
⑦非ODS和低GWP值(全球變暖潛能值)、環(huán)保。
⑦ Non ODS and low GWP (global warming potential), environmental protection.
2、水系
2. Drainage system
水是重要的超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑，有著其它任何超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑無法替代的作用和地位。水有很強(qiáng)的溶解力和分散力，但是水的表面張力大。在使用中需要添加表面活性劑，以減小表面張力，增加表面濕潤(rùn)性。
Water is the most important cleaning agent for ultrasonic cleaning machine, and it has a role and position that can not be replaced by any other cleaning agent for ultrasonic cleaning machine. Water has strong solubility and dispersion, but its surface tension is large. Surfactant shall be added in use to reduce surface tension and increase surface wettability.
在一般工業(yè)超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗中，酸，堿和水的配合比較常見，有些金屬用水洗要加入防銹劑；在精密和超精密工業(yè)超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗中，大部分要求將水制成純凈水。通常以電阻率來衡量水純度。
In the general industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine, the coordination of acid, alkali and water is common, and some metals need to add rust inhibitor when washed with water; In the cleaning of precision and ultra precision industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines, most of the water is required to be made into pure water. Water purity is usually measured by resistivity.
3、半水系

半水系超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑也叫準(zhǔn)水系超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗劑，是由高沸點(diǎn)溶劑及活性劑等組成，如醇類、乙二醇酯、有機(jī)烴類、N—甲基吡咯烷酮等。通常含有5％一20％的水分，一般不易燃燒。但加溫超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗時(shí)，水含量控制不當(dāng)，可能產(chǎn)生燃燒現(xiàn)象。

There are some differences between semi water ultrasonic cleaning machine and solvent cleaning. Its ultrasonic cleaning principle is stripping removal, not dissolution. In order to prevent the stripped oil from attaching to the cleaning materials of the ultrasonic cleaner, the cleaning solution of the ultrasonic cleaner shall be continuously circulated, and an oil-water separator shall be added.
半水洗通常超聲波清洗機(jī)清洗效果很好， 但運(yùn)行成本較高。廢液不能再生回收，重復(fù)使用，含COD(化學(xué)耗氧量) 較高，需要進(jìn)行廢水處理。
